Fees, currencies, invoicing, and payment terms are stated in each engagement agreement. Late payment may pause work or incur agreed late charges. Taxes, where applicable, are additional unless stated otherwise.
Both parties will protect non-public information shared during discussions and projects, using reasonable care and limiting disclosure to people who need it for delivery, except where disclosure is required by law.
